Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a completed sale. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email.

We may decline an order — for example if the item is out of stock, if we cannot deliver to your address, or if we believe the order is fraudulent. If we decline after you have paid, we refund you in full.

Prices and pricing errors

Prices are shown in Thai Baht and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is added at checkout and shown before you pay.

Prices are read live from our inventory system and may change at any time before you complete checkout. The price you pay is the one shown on the final confirmation step.

If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it. We will contact you before doing so.

Payment

Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not receive or store your full card number — it goes directly to the provider, who is responsible for handling it securely.

We record only a payment reference, the amount, and the result, so we can match your payment to your order.

Delivery

Delivery terms, timings and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Your rights to cancel and return are set out in our Refund and Return Policy, which forms part of these terms and does not limit any right you have under Thai consumer law.

Using this website

You may not use this site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape it at a scale that degrades it for others, or to misrepresent yourself as us.

We may suspend access if we reasonably believe you are doing any of these.

Our content

The Morea name and mark, the site's text, photography and design are ours or licensed to us. You may not use them commercially without our written permission.

You keep ownership of anything you send us, but you give us permission to use it as needed to answer you and to fulfil your order.

Product information

We describe our products as accurately as we can, but colours on a screen differ from the physical product and packaging may change between production runs.

Our products are cosmetics for external use. They are not medicines and we make no medical claims for them. If you have sensitive skin or a known allergy, check the ingredient list before use and stop using the product if a reaction occurs.

Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded under Thai law.

Subject to that, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We do not promise the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it. Material changes will be noted by the date at the top of this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and the courts of Thailand have jurisdiction over any dispute.
